Quality approach

With the aim of continuously improving our services and going beyond the regulations in place (Guide to good laboratory testing) our laboratory has committed itself to an approach of putting quality first since 1995.

The laboratory obtained external recognition for its work in the area of quality via the COFRAC accreditation that was received for both Biomnis Paris and Biomnis Lyon (number 8-1973 and 8-1100, Trials, details available at www.cofrac.fr) in accordance with the requirements for the standards NF EN ISO/CEI 17025 since 2000 and ISO15189 since 2010.

Conscious of the rapidity in which techniques and pathology regulations evolve, we endeavour to improve the services offered to our clients as well as the reliability of our tests. As a result of this ethos, Biomnis has initiated an environmental project and so hopes to extend its accreditation into new areas of activity.

The monitoring of literature and Standards as well as the participation in clinical research protocols, allows for any adjustments that may be needed and for the validation of new analytical techniques in the aim of constantly improving the service that we offer.

The specialised laboratory is the partner of first line pathologists to provide high quality medical pathology investigations (in terms of techniques used and decisions made). With this in mind, Biomnis engages itself to a quality service for every one of its customers.
